We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various HR functions and possess strong data analysis skills. The role involves overseeing HRIS systems, managing employee data, and supervising HR processes.
Duties:
- Utilise ATS platforms for recruitment and candidate management
- Communicate HR policies and procedures effectively to employees
- Supervise and coordinate HR activities within the organisation
- Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making
- Manage employee information using HRIS such as Workday or PeopleSoft
Experience:
- Proven experience in Human Resources roles
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
- Prior experience in supervising HR functions is advantageous
