HR/HRMIS Operations -
Onboarding - End to end onboarding management for employees
Employee Engagement - Ideating and executing employee engagement initiatives
HR Analytics - Data mining and analysis of employee engagement/workforce trends
Training - Conducting training on HR software, policies, employee performance management, etc.
Performance Management - End to end performance cycle management for employees
Reward & Recognition - Ideating/Implementing new and existing R&R initiatives
Preparation of /policies/HR strategies
well versed with UAE labour law
Employee Leave settlement/End of service
Measurable KPI
HR reports/Dashboards
Talent Aquisition
should have a knowledge of 360-degree Appraisal
Gap analysis
Presentations
experienced with Zoho software
Scheduling/managing calendar for M.D
Employee records management
