Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned HR executive to manage our company's human resources operations.

The ideal applicant will have a solid HR background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of successfully putting HR strategies into practice.

This is a position of great significance for the company, and the right candidate will be expected to work toward appointing, nurturing, and retaining top workforce.

Role & responsibilities-

-Oversee the entire hiring process, including finding, screening, interviewing, and employing candidates.

-Work with hiring managers to create job criteria and descriptions.

-To draw in top talent, use a variety of recruitment channels, such as networking, social media, and job boards.

-Organize and carry out new recruit onboarding activities.

-Serve as a reliable resource for managers and staff on HR-related issues.

-Respond promptly to employee concerns and grievances.

-Assist with goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions as part of the performance management process.

-Offer direction and guidance on performance-related matters.

-Keep up-to-date personnel records in the HRIS and additional HR databases.

-Create HR-related analytics and reports for management's consideration.

-Help with HR initiatives and projects, including compliance audits, employee surveys, and policy creation.

-Maintain adherence to employment rules and regulations, stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Requirements-

-A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management, or a similar discipline.

-Demonstrated expertise in an HR position and a firm grasp of HR procedures and principles.

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to establish rapport and work together with stakeholders.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Proficiency with HRIS software and Microsoft Office apps.

-Familiarity with employment laws and rules.

-Human resources certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
