Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
Nationality: UAE Citizen with a Family Book (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role within the UAE.
Skills:
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
