Responsible for all HR and Admin activities in the company. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up of the company's policies and procedures, documents and records. Coordination on any decision with respect to a specific policy problems and related queries.
Facilitate all human resources & Admin activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development.
Receive and shortlist job applicants, review applicants / resumes, and skills assessment for applicants and make recommendations on the qualifications of applicants.
Maintain and develop relations with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Prepare and maintain company employees structure (organization Chart), job description and job evaluation system
Help Administrating Manager in the preparation of financial and payroll processing.
Design and implement an orientation program for new staff.
Management and explain the benefits to employees, and to act as liaison between employees and insurance providers.
Work in an action points in order to resolve issues related to employment.
Recommendation, and the development and scheduling of training and development.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up to achieve the company's policies, procedures, and save documents
Coordination with respect to procedural problems and inquiries related to a specific policy.
Recommendation and the development and maintenance of human resources systems, and delivery systems and display directory.
Develop, and recommend improvements to applicable procedures with respect to the policy of recruitment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of the Department of Human Resources and Administration.
Requirements
3+ years experience
Diploma or Bachelors
Knowledge and understanding of the operations and activities of the company.
Knowledge and understanding the policies and procedures of Human Resources.
Knowledge and understanding the legal, regulatory affairs and instructions with compliance.
Knowledge and understanding of labor laws any changes on it.
Implementation of the practices and activities of human resources.
Save data and documents and records.
Coordination skills.
Personal skills and teamwork and time management.
Bilingual or multilingual.
