Job Description

Maxguard Auto Services is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our growing automotive services company.Key Responsibilities:1. Oversee full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations3. Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts as needed4. Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing5. Design and conduct training and development programs for employees at all levels6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation7. Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues8. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies9. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support decision-makingRequirements:1. Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the automotive services industry3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion6.
