The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a passion for creating a positive and productive workplace. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state laws
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
Conduct employee orientations and ensure new hires are properly onboarded
Oversee performance management, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback to employees
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to ensure the company\'s practices are up-to-date
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
