Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This position requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of Bahrain's labor laws, policies, and HR procedures, specifically within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting the strategic goals of the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement HR Policies: Create and execute HR policies that support the company's goals while ensuring compliance with Bahrain's labor laws and industry best practices. Employee Benefits Administration: Manage and oversee employee benefits, including the application of government programs and the renewal of health insurance plans. HR Records Management: Maintain accurate HR documentation and produce reports for management review. Recruitment and Staffing: Attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates to fill job openings. Workforce Planning: Analyze and forecast workforce needs to ensure the right number of employees with the right skills are in place. Compliance with Licensing Regulations: Ensure compliance with Bahrain's licensing requirements, including making sure that company licenses are up to date and timely renewals. Contract Management: Oversee the renewal process for employee contracts. Expertise in Bahrain Regulatory Procedures: Demonstrate knowledge of LMRA, Sijilat, and GOSI procedures, as well as immigration processes, including visa applications and renewals. Employee Relations Management: Address employee requests, resolve concerns, and manage conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Performance Management Oversight: Supervise performance management and professional development programs, including evaluating employee performance and managing probationary periods. Coordination with Manpower Agencies: Coordinate with local and international manpower agencies as needed. Strategic HR Alignment: Collaborate closely with management to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, LMRA, Sijilat, GOSI procedures, and immigration processes (visa applications and renewals). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
