We are looking for HR Executive (Male) with a Minimum of 4 years of experience. The job responsibilities involve implementing HR policies and procedures, handling recruitment processes, conducting hiring and preparing employment contracts, leading onboarding, and handling probationary feedback, terminations, and employee exits. The role also involves providing consultancy to management on labor law matters, managing disciplinary actions, and addressing employee queries on administrative, HR, and personnel issues. The candidate must be proficient in Verbal & written communications, proactive in identifying needs, using standard software like Microsoft Office. Must be able to Manage people effectively in line with organizational policies and procedures. Must have interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, attention to detail and diplomacy.
