We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive with experience in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administration. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about human resources and eager to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
