Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure fair and effective evaluations.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in a timely and confidential manner, fostering a supportive and respectful work environment.
Manage HR administrative tasks, including documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a well-established company.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, including managers and support staff.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
Must be locally available in Kuwait.
