Job Summary:
We are in search of an HR Executive with 3-5 years of intermediate experience in human resources, specifically in the construction or manufacturing sectors. The role demands expertise in handling comprehensive HR operations and spearheading the end-to-end recruitment process. Familiarity with ATAS or Manatal software will be considered an asset. Key Responsibilities:
AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month, based on experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Experience:

- Collaborate with external recruitment consultants, manage job portals, and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements to maintain HR standards.
- Manage staff welfare programs, benefits, and contribute to training and development.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Skilled in HR software, especially ATAS or Manatal.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage HR operations and comprehensive recruitment processes.
