Job Description

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time- management skills
• A strong team-player

Main tasks and responsibilities

Onboarding

• Connecting with new joiner for his/her first day in office that includes joining email, buddy email, and intro email.
• Arranging the induction schedule of HR Representative with new employee
• Arranging delay sending of probation review on the 4th month to report manager
• Review the checklist for new joiner's onboarding, by preparing for their building access card, business card, biometric attendance registration, getting NDA signed on day one for all companies, SIM card, getting their desk organized, arranging, stationery, etc.
• Following up with other receptionist, to ensure the same is done on time and helping where they needed help.
• Arranging HR Connect meetings with GCHRO.

HRMS

• Support employee requests for leave balance, letters, policy clarifications, time management and scheduling leaves, etc.
• Ensure employee information for all regions is up to date
• Ensure non-disclosure agreement and other joining documents are collected on day one
• Update employee information on HRMS, PMS, internal reports, org charts, etc.

Separation

• Collect all particulars related to office when an employee is leaving, like access card, sim card, business card, deactivate email id or forward mails as instructed, etc.
• Ensure that Exit interview, clearance form and exit form has been completed and saved on HR folder.

Engagement:

• Measure happiness levels across the workplace and initiate programs to value human being and help people feel good as a professional and as individual. Data arrived at from internal survey's, one on one meetings, group meetings with the employees.
• Create a fun and positive work environment, with global-level themed initiatives, Kudos program, birthdays, etc.
• Empower people to increase emotional energy and satisfaction, improving overall wellbeing and mental health.
• Create posters and announcements using Canva, Photoshop
• Create annual engagement calendar and coordinate with the global team for its execution.
• Follow up with HR team the day before the engagement and visit the employees to encourage them to join.
• Send email birthday announcements.
• Plan monthly celebrations with games and prizes to encourage teamwork, fun, and camaraderie.
• Initiate team-building activities, events, and anything that increases team spirit,
