Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations in a factory environment, ensuring smooth and efficient management of human resources.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for factory workers and other employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Address employee grievances, conflicts, and performance issues with effective resolution strategies.
• Collaborate with management to implement employee development programs and foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations in the factory setting.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration for factory employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and overall workforce productivity.
• Support in the implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and factory operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with employee safety and compliance regulations is a plus.
