Recruitment Support - Assist in posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.2. Onboarding and Offboarding - Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit procedures.3. Employee Records Management4. Payroll and Attendance Assistance - Support time tracking, leave records, and payroll inputs.5. Policy Administration - Inform employees about HR polices and procedures.6. Employee Support - Basic queries, documents, and day-to-day HR tasks.7. HR Reporting - Preparing reports related to headcount, turnover, leave, etc.8.
