Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, training & development, and performance management. This role ensures that HR policies align with company objectives and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:



Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment. Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

3. Performance Management:



Implement and oversee the performance appraisal process. Work with managers to develop employee improvement plans. Provide feedback and guidance to employees on career development.

4. Training & Development:



Identify skill gaps and develop training programs. Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires. Organize workshops and learning sessions for employees.

5. HR Policies & Compliance:



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.

6. Payroll & Benefits Administration:



Process payroll, leaves, and attendance records. Administer employee benefits, such as insurance, bonuses, and incentives. Handle employee exit procedures and full-and-final settlements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



HR certifications are a plus. Experience in Real estate .
