Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Hiring

- Post job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage hiring documentation.

Onboarding & Employee Records

- Prepare contracts, collect necessary documents, and maintain HR records.

Payroll & Benefits

- Process salaries, and reimbursements while ensuring accuracy.

Employee Management

- Assist with employee concerns related to policies, salaries, and workplace matters.

Exit Formalities

- Handle offboarding, retrieve assets, process final settlements, and deactivate access.

HR Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain employee databases in the company server, ensure document organization, and support legal compliance.

Finance & Records

- Manage HR-related transactions, update banking records, and track invoices.

Manages employee insurance

and comply with insurance company's requirement for claims and reimbursement

Coordinate with recruitment agency

for mass hiring of blue-collar jobs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

* UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
