HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws. Implement and monitor HR policies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and employee benefits administration. Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals and training programs. Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
