Job Description

A catering company in Dubai is looking for a highly capable and efficient HR Manager, Willingness to go beyond routine HR roles, a people's person who can handle both blue and white collar employees to join their organisation.

Roles and responsibilities



Recruitment - ensure timely recruitment from posting vacancy to interviewing to on boarding. Conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and making hiring recommendations. Conduct onboarding activities and ensure all the necessary training is done for each new joinee Ensure company culture is maintained at all levels and ensure lack of discipline and disciplinary actions are taken without much delay Employee conflict resolution -discuss challenges- and conclude post discussing with AGM /management if any. Handle employee documentation, visa renewals, OHC, medical and EID of all staff and ensure renewal before expiry. Handle visa renewals. Conduct monthly town hall meetings and hand out staff of the month within 10 days of new month. Staff KPI's are set department wise and weekly or bi-weekly catch up to ensure these KPI's are being met. Ensure KPI's are being discussed every quarter and followed by in charges for their team members. Building strong relationships with employees at all levels. Managing employee performance through performance reviews and goal setting. Handle payroll - leave salary, gratuity calculations, and ensure timely queries are being responded to auditors Handle staff leaves and ticketing process. Handle HRMS - ensure all staff is trained well, and is fully using it. Be the first point of contact for any queries. Bi-monthly visit branches and locations where our staff is residing to ensure employee satisfaction. Learning & Development- Identify the training needs at all levels, co-ordinate and conduct training with external parties as and when necessary.
Requirements and skills

MBA /MSW in HR or any equivalent qualification is highly preferred Minimum 2 years UAE experience in HR role in a catering/ hospitality/restaurant would be added plus. Age below 40, young preferred with positivity Females on husband visa required Good interpersonal and Analytical skills Experience with human resource metrics and labour law
Salary-4000-5000 (depend on UAE ex)

Husband visa preferred, Labour contract can be given

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
