REQUIREMENTS FOR HR EXECUTIVE (ARABIC SPEAKER)



Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HR Executive (Arabic Speaker)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while ensuring smooth communication between Arabic-speaking employees and management. This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor laws. Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation. Support performance management, training, and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Act as a liaison between Arabic-speaking employees and management to ensure effective communication. Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR reporting. Organize employee engagement programs and welfare activities. Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and legal regulations.

Requirements:



Education:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years in HR roles, preferably in a multinational or regional company. Fluency in

Arabic and English

(written and spoken) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of

local labor laws

and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency in

HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
