We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team and manage all aspects of human resources within the company.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience in the UAE .
• Strong experience in payroll management .
• Proven experience working in manufacturing or construction industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support management in performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
