The HR Executive will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing payroll, administering benefits, implementing HR policies, and ensuring positive employee relations. Additionally, the role focuses on employee engagement, performance management, and promoting company culture to foster a supportive and efficient workplace.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, job histories, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate payroll processing, including timesheet collection, data entry, and discrepancy resolution.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and support disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
• Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.
• Support the implementation and administration of performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee engagement and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
