About the role
One of the leading multinational FMCG clients is seeking a results-oriented and motivated HR executive to join their dynamic team based in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for a wide range of HR generalist activities, including, but not limited to, employee relations, onboarding and engagement, benefits administration, vendor management, HR records management, reporting, and analysis. As part of the exciting team, he or she will play an essential role in providing support and a positive experience for the employees.
Key responsibilities
• Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees covering company policies, procedures, and UAE labour laws as well as employee relations matters
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires or joiners, including orientation, visa processing, and necessary paperwork
• Prepare, issue, or review HR-related documents and letters (salary certificates, NOCs, contracts, etc.) with accuracy
• Lead or contribute to employee engagement initiatives
• Work closely with Central Delivery Hubs to address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively and efficiently
• Ensure compliance is followed with local applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary
• Benefits administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and company records
• Knowledge management
• Any HR projects and tasks as assigned
Key requirements
• Any graduate or certification
• At least 2 years of strong HR administration and generalist experience, preferably in a multinational corporation
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinking
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Customer centricity and natural curiosity - ability to see things through employees' point of view
• Proactive, multitasker, and able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
• Stakeholder management
• Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
