Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.



Policy Development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.



Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, foster positive workplace relationships, and ensure high morale.



Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.



Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize programs, and promote career development opportunities.



HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.



Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs.



Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.



Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



Experience: 2+ years in an HR role, preferably in Dubai or the UAE region.



Skills:

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices.



Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.



Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
