Key Responsibilities:


• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll inputs, and manage HR systems efficiently.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure timely completion of employment contracts, visas, and other regulatory requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives to foster team spirit.


Requirements:


• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry.
• Skills:

+ Proficiency in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
