We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team and manage all aspects of human resources within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in employee relations and performance management.
• Organize training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Handle HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
