HR Executive

We are seeking a motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance appraisal and feedback processes
• Address employee queries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate training and development initiatives
• Organize employee engagement activities and events
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
