Position Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in various functions related to recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks. You will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
• Stay updated with the latest UAE Labour Law regulations and amendments.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining HR files.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive in UAE.
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
