Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. This onsite position is pivotal in supporting our company's human resources functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee onboarding, performance management, training coordination, employee engagement, grievance handling, and overseeing day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our HR initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, sourcing profiles, arranging interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
• Assist in talent management and development efforts to cultivate a skilled and engaged workforce.
• Facilitate new employee joining and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Contribute to the implementation and management of the performance management system to drive high performance.
• Coordinate training sessions and prepare a yearly calendar to address the developmental needs of the workforce.
• Organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive and motivating company culture.
• Handle employee grievances efficiently and empathetically to maintain a harmonious workplace.
• Support daily operational activities, including management of perks and benefits, to ensure employee satisfaction.

Requirements for the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a human resources role within the UAE.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HRM software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• A team player with a high level of dedication.
