Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all HR functions, with a strong focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and operational excellence. You will be instrumental in supporting our workforce, including roles such as travel agents, travel counselors, and independent contractors, to ensure a seamless experience for both employees and our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing

Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes.

Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate the selection process.

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and maintain a skilled workforce.

Manage onboarding and orientation processes to integrate new hires effectively.

2. Employee Relations and Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, concerns, or grievances.

Foster a positive workplace culture and manage employee engagement initiatives.

Address and resolve employee conflicts or disciplinary issues.

Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and improve retention.

3. Performance Management

Set guidelines for performance reviews, provide coaching, and facilitate employee development.

Work with managers to create development plans for underperforming employees.

4. Compensation and Benefits Administration

Oversee payroll, compensation packages, and benefits administration.

Evaluate and recommend updates to compensation structures and benefit offerings.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements for compensation and benefits.

5. Training and Development

Identify training needs across the organization and create a training plan.

Design and implement learning programs to support employee growth and skill development.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed.

6. Policy Development and Compliance

Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Ensure legal compliance in all HR activities and maintain records accordingly.

7. Workforce Planning and Succession Planning

Analyze workforce needs and develop strategic plans for staffing.

Identify and nurture future leaders within the organization for succession planning.

Forecast future hiring needs and proactively address staffing challenges.

8. HR Data Management and Reporting

Maintain accurate HR records and use HR metrics to make informed decisions.

Analyze data on hiring, turnover, and other HR trends to provide insights to senior management.

Ensure that all HR data is kept confidential and complies with data protection regulations.

9. Health, Safety, and Wellness

Develop and promote workplace health and safety programs.

Implement wellness initiatives to improve employee well-being.

Address employee well-being and welfare to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.

10. HR Strategy and Planning

Work with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Contribute to the long-term HR strategy by identifying areas for improvement.

Lead change management processes and support organizational development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on employee engagement and welfare.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
