Role Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your expertise will help shape our workplace culture and support our employees' development and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and support employee development initiatives.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local, state, and federal regulations.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and handle various administrative tasks related to human resources.
• Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and professional development opportunities for employees.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
