Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and expectations.
Collaborate with clients to develop tailored HR solutions.
Recruitment:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and selection.
Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract top talent.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and desired qualifications.
Onboarding:
Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary training resources for new employees.
Offboarding:
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and paperwork.
Ensure a positive transition for departing employees and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare and analyze HR reports as needed.
Policy Compliance:
Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
