• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in HR payroll, attendance management, PMS and operations, with specific experience in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
To support and execute other tasks assigned not limited to the aforementioned tasks, as and when necessary.
