:Candidates must be able to live in Dubai.Our client is a well-established retailer.We are hiring a UAE experienced HR executive to join their Dubai head office.The successful candidate will be responsible for all HR activities from advertising vacancies to onboarding and offboarding employees, attendance, payroll, dealing with employee issues and managing all Labor and MOHRE visa processing requirements.Role Summary
Primary contact for all Human Resources related matters for retail, warehouse and office employees.
Onboarding and offboarding of employees - visa processing and cancellation.
Labor & Immigration - process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements including off boarding through to final settlement.
Monitor and manage leave and sickness absence.
Prepare payroll information.
Manage the companys medical insurance renewals.
Maintain accurate employee HR files.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
4 -7 years experience as a Human Resources executive; minimum 3 years UAE experience in a retail and distribution organization with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Must have experience of preparing payroll information and managing attendance and absence.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates - must be able to work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Capable of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of employee information including salaries.
Smart appearance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
