We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Dubai.The Human Resources Executive will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR functions to contribute to the overall success of Gulf Talent.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the company.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Implement employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Handle HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and development. Coordinate with external training providers as necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in managing HR audits and compliance-related activities.
Participate in and contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and practices. Support the implementation of HR programs and policies.Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a recruitment or talent management environment.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HR systems and tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
