Job Description

Al Haktur IT Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, provide guidance on HR-related matters, and ensure compliance with local regulations.



Key Responsibilities:



Policy Development and Guidance:



Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies.

Provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.

Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, updating policies and procedures when necessary.

HR Systems and Reporting:



Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.

Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

Employee Relations and Advisory:



Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers employee-relations matters.

Be vigilant in discussing and addressing any problems or grievances employees may have.

Recruitment and Onboarding:



Perform orientations and update records of new staff.

Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.

Administrative Support:



Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.

Ensure efficient HR administration and record-keeping.

Assist with any HR projects and tasks as assigned.

Compliance and Best Practices:



Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Maintain a deep understanding of UAE Law and Employment equity regulations.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of UAE experience in an HR generalist role.

Deep understanding and knowledge of UAE Law and Employment equity regulations.

Efficient HR administration and people management skills.

Excellent record-keeping skills.

Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset.

Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.

Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.
