Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions and build a pipeline of potential candidates. Posting job ads and shortlisting resumes for new positions. Preparing offer letter, employment contract and completion of joining formalities and Documentation. Coordinating and submitting relevant documents to the PRO Services for the smooth functioning of the Visa processing, EID applications, medical fitness certificate visa & Labor approval procedures on time. Adding Employee Medical Insurance upon joining and Deletion upon Exit. Evaluating the employee's probation and preparing, coordinating for Staff performance evaluation. Responsible for preparing the timesheet, overtime sheets for and making sure payroll entries completed before month end. Coordinating with employees for Salary issues, Salary Certificate, Increment and all ad hoc requests. Implement and drive performance and feedback processes such as performance reviews on all employees. Responsible for maintaining all employee's HR database with both soft and hard copies like new joiners, Induction form, Visa-medical documents, Staff appraisals, leave application, Timesheets, Overtime sheets etc. Preparing End of Service Benefits in accordance with Labour Law. Responsible for exit interviews and smooth reliving of employees through formal exit procedures.
