• HR/HRMIS Operations -
• Onboarding - End to end onboarding management for employees
• Employee Engagement - Ideating and executing employee engagement initiatives
• HR Analytics - Data mining and analysis of employee engagement/workforce trends
• Training - Conducting training on HR software, policies, employee performance management, etc.
• Performance Management - End to end performance cycle management for employees
• Reward & Recognition - Ideating/Implementing new and existing R&R initiatives
• Preparation of /policies/HR strategies
• well versed with UAE labour law
• Employee Leave settlement/End of service
• Measurable KPI
• HR reports/Dashboards
• Talent Aquisition
• should have a knowledge of 360-degree Appraisal
• Gap analysis
• Presentations
• experienced with Zoho software
• Scheduling/managing calendar for M.D
• Employee records management
