Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support the company's overall strategic objectives.
HR Policies and procedures formation and implementation Ensuring the organisation works and adheres to the UAE labour Law keeping herself up to date with changes in UAE labour laws Devising Company handbook.
Develop and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment, health, and safety.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies procedures, and benefits.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and assist in recruitment as when required.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and provide suggestions to them about the company's HR strategy.
