Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive with Payroll Experience to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and payroll administration, with at least 2-3 years of experience working in the UAE. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks, including handling government-related work and ensuring compliance with local regulations. •Male candidates are preferred for this role. •

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

- Manage employee records including employment contracts, and leave balances.

- Conduct employee orientation programs.

- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.

- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and reviews.

- Coordinate employee training and development programs.

- Organize and maintain HR documentation and files.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Conduct staff inductions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly into the company.

- Manage employee grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in line with company policies.

Payroll Administration:

- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, hours worked, and salary changes.

- Calculate and process deductions, bonuses, and other payroll-related transactions.

- Prepare payroll reports and ensure proper documentation for auditing purposes.

Administrative Tasks:

- Handle and manage the company portal.

- Schedule BFH (Basic Food Hygiene) training for staff.

- Manage Foodwatch and other relevant portals.

- Coordinate and prepare documents, letters, and forms for Dubai Municipality and other government entities for necessary approvals and compliance.

- Oversee and manage government-related work and documentation.

- Hunt for and arrange accommodation for staff.

- Handle staff accommodation needs and logistics.

- Arrange staff movements and transportation as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR and payroll administration in the UAE.

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
