Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct job interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the selection process.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
• Mediate conflicts and grievances, promoting a harmonious work environment.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement initiatives to address feedback.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and objectives.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in line with industry standards.
• Stay updated on salary trends and conduct benchmarking analyses.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and local regulations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
• Talent Management:
• Identify high-potential employees and develop talent management strategies.
• Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and training ROI.
• Handle administrative tasks related to HR operations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role within the real estate sector, preferably in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations pertaining to employment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
