Job Code: 199/001/364 Industry: Events & Exhibitions Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues and provide counseling and support to employees.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the industry.
Job Requirements:
HR experience in the events/exhibitions or fabrication industry is a must.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Urdu.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience.
Proven track record in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
