• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Collect necessary documents from selected candidates to process VISA (including - Offer acceptance, Passport/EID copy, photo, etc.).
• Follow-up and coordinate for VISA, biometric, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and bank accounts opening.
• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues.
• Share the medical insurance card copies along with the updated network list with employees.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of performance reviews and appraisals.
• Monitor and track employee performance and development plans.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
• Support the development and implementation of career development plans.
• Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS

• Master\'s Degree in Human Resources or Bachelor\'s degree in any related field.
• 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
