Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect necessary documents from selected candidates to process VISA (including \xe2\x80\x93 Offer acceptance, Passport/EID copy, photo, etc.). \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up and coordinate for VISA, biometric, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and bank accounts opening. \xe2\x80\xa2 Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Share the medical insurance card copies along with the updated network list with employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation and execution of performance reviews and appraisals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor and track employee performance and development plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the development and implementation of career development plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters
Requirements
Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources or Bachelor\'s degree in any related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Dubai. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and time-management abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
