: Amazon Real Estate is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities:
Conducting recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs.
Administering benefits programs and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries.
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Handling employee relations and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 or more years of experience in human resources roles.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
