Job Description
: Amazon Real Estate is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization\'s human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Administering benefits programs and assisting employees with HR-related inquiries.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handling employee relations and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with management to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of experience in human resources roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with effective time management skills.
