The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
Employee Relations:
Cultivate a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.
Performance Management:
Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development.
Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees at all levels.
Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with UAE regulations.
Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws and company objectives.
Ensure compliance with labour regulations and keep abreast of any legal changes.
Health and Safety:
Implement health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
HR Reporting:
Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
Analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
