Join us in sowing the seeds of a healthier, greener future. : We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team at Emirates Bio Farm. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Cultivate a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and development.
- Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees at all levels.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with UAE regulations.
- Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws and company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and keep abreast of any legal changes.
- Implement health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
