Job Title: HR Executive Cum Property Manager

Salary: AED 5,000 (all inclusive)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive Cum Property Manager to join our team. This dual-role position involves both human resources and property management responsibilities.

HR Responsibilities:

• Oversee the hiring process, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Manage employee terminations, contract extensions, and updates to employee files.
• Issue and renew local employment contracts.
• Track and manage employee leave.
• Coordinate with the medical insurance broker to ensure proper coverage for employees.

Property Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations related to property management.
• Manage tenant relations and address any issues or concerns.
• Handle rent collection and ensure timely processing.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate property files and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in both human resources and property management roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Familiarity with local employment laws and property regulations is a plus.
