Job Title: HR Executive (Arabic Speaker)
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 5k to 8k
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage and streamline HR operations. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE, with expertise in UAE labour laws, visa processes, and HR administration. As an integral part of our HR team, you will ensure compliance, provide efficient HR support, and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies.
• Manage employee records, payroll support, and attendance tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations, coordinating with PROs as needed.
• Stay updated on labor law changes and advise management on compliance matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, inductions, and system access.
• Manage offboarding processes, ensuring all exit formalities and clearances are completed.
• Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other concerns.
• Support in resolving grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records for audits and management review.
• Manage and update HR policies and handbooks as required.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Must have UAE HR experience
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
