Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:
• Collecting and verifying timesheet data or attendance records.
• Calculating employee wages, deductions, and overtime accurately.
• Processing payroll on time and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Addressing payroll-related queries from employees.
• Attendance Management:
• Recording and maintaining accurate attendance records.
• Tracking employee absences, leaves, and tardiness.
• Communicating with employees and managers regarding attendance policies and procedures.
• Generating attendance reports for management as needed.
• HR Administration:
• Assisting with general HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, drafting HR documents, and organizing employee files.
• Supporting recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assisting in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to payroll and attendance.
• Generating and maintaining reports related to payroll, attendance, and other HR metrics.
• Assisting in audits related to payroll and attendance records.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinating with different departments, such as finance and IT, to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integration.
• Communicating effectively with employees regarding payroll, attendance, and related matters.
• Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll and attendance-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Prior experience in HR administration with a focus on payroll and attendance management is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll processing software and attendance tracking systems is essential. Knowledge of Dubai and UAE labor laws and regulations related to payroll and attendance is advantageous.
• Skills:
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• MINIMUM: 1 year (Required)

• ENGLISH (Required)
