We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Support performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR and payroll software and MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
